  Let me just start off by saying my experience at Bridal and Formal Boutique deserves more than 5 stars. I ended up having 2 separate bridal appointments and both times I had Whitney as my bridal consultant. She was phenomenal from the start. She made sure she knew exactly what I was wanting. She listened to all of my many many wants and expectations I was looking for in a dress. She spent a lot of time hand picking various different styles for me to try on. Around 20-30 dresses total. During both appointments, Whitney never complained - not even once. She always had a smile on her face. She went above and beyond to make sure my bridal shopping experience was the most memorable and exciting time for me. I was also so thankful that Adrian, the owner, even involved herself with my bridal appointment! They have FANTASTIC customer service! I am so glad that I was able to say “YES TO THE DRESS” here!
