  If there were a NO star it would be better. I’ll try to be brief. I just started CPAP therapy. The initial set up was great. I’ve had to try a couple of Masks just to fine the right one. For a while that was going good. On Friday I called being surprised that they were opened and we agreed that I would come over and pick up a different mask. I asked how long they would be open just in case. when I got there they had closed the office and did not attempt to call me to let me know. How Pathetically unprofessional can you be? The BBB is probably my next move....

  It took over two months to get an order filled, and then another script was written for something else and again another two months before I even heard from someone.
