  I'm giving this company 3 stars due to the fact that they do not let you return items (items were not worn, with tags, & receipt was present). Nor will they allow a store credit. I bought bracelets and although they are beautiful; 2 bracelets were more then $150. That's a pretty steep price when they won't even allow a store credit. Especially around the holidays when people buy gifts that others may not like or already have. For as expensive as this jewelry is; I do not agree with the store policy. Very greedy on their behalf. Pro: 1. Beautiful jewelry. 2. Does offer Exchange policy (has limitations; see Con below). Con: 1. Expensive. 2. No return/store credit policy. 3. Exchange policy is limited to 2 weeks from purchase date.
